Shipping

Rouge London value your support and therefore we are delighted to offer complimentary standard shipping via DPD on all UK orders. Please expect to receive your parcel within 3 – 5 working days of ordering.   Unfortunately, we cannot ship to address outside of the UK.

Whilst we will do our utmost to ensure orders are delivered on time, please do also expect slight delays in shipment processing due to any restrictions surrounding covid-19 that are in place at the time of ordering.  Thank you for your patience.

Once we receive your order, you will be sent an order and shipping confirmation email to the address provided.  Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a DPD or Royal Mail tracking number and on delivery you must sign for receipt.   Please follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order and for any update to a delay.

 

Returns

We would be very disappointed if you felt you had to return your chosen product.  However, you may return any non-sale product ordered on our Rouge London website for refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date.

Returned products must be in their original condition, fully wrapped in its original plastic packaging and box, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received.  If possible, please also return the product in its original delivery packaging to guarantee safe return to us.

Please contact our customer service team via email on info@rougesperfumes.london to request a return – your parcels will be returned by DPD or Royal Mail using a collection or drop off service which will be explained by the customer service representative.

If returning via post, we’re not able to cover the cost of the return. Please make sure you include your order number and contact details within the parcel.

If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. We are unable to refund if your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind.

When your order is refunded, we will email you on the address your order was placed to let you know. It will then be down to your individual bank’s processing time for the funds to process back into your account. Once arrived at our warehouse your return will be processed within 10 working days.

Sale Items

Should you purchase your product in the sale, we regret, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We also do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items you may find in a sale.

Exchanges

At this time, Rouge London purchases cannot be exchanged.  Any order  must be returned through the returns process and the new item(s) repurchased through the website.

Faulty Products

We take great pride in all our Rouge London products and we expect all items to arrive in perfect condition.  However, if on the rare occasion you do receive an item that seems to be faulty, you can return the item via DPD or Royal Mail as per our returns policy.

If you would like to contact customer services regarding a faulty or damaged item, please ensure you take images of the damage, as the team will be unable to assist you without these.
